What's the difference between a 72MHz and 216MHz system?
72MHz systems generally have a shorter range - up to 1,500 feet. They have exceptional audio quality (30Hz to 17kHz) and are compatible with existing assistive listening system equipment.
216MHz systems are generally for larger areas. They have a range up to 3,000 feet and have good audio quality (30Hz to 10kHz). These systems are good for areas where interference may be a problem.
What is an FM system?
FM systems transmit sound via radio waves (frequency modulation) from the speaker's microphone to the listener's portable receiver.
