This battery-operated unit receives signals from various Silent Call transmitters which in turn causes a vibration and turns on an indicator light below the symbol to let you know which transmitter is sending the signal. Easy to wear on the waistband of slacks or skirts. Rechargeable 9-volt battery is included - requires Battery Charger to increase battery life. A fully charged battery provides around 35 hours of continual use. Five year warranty on receiver. One year warranty on battery.
What else do I need to make this work?
In order to be notified, you will need to purchase a signaler or transmitter that will activate this receiver. Can be used with the Silent Call Sleep-Alert/Charger and optional bed vibrator for 24 hour notification.
