VCO Read and Speak Telephones for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
VCO Read and Speak Telephones allow a Deaf or Hard of Hearing person to communicate on the phone using their own voice. The display shows the incoming message typed by a relay operator. The receiver is used to reply in one's own voice.
